What age were you when you stopped caring about designer jeans or designer tennis shoes (Air Jordan, Kobe)?

...or do you still care a lot about these products?

I still try to buy mid-level stuff but $130 for a pair of blue jeans or tennis shoes is just rediculous. I used to not think so until I turned about 20 years old. You?

The minute I became a mother I started to see the big picture. Why line some huge corporation%26#039;s pockets when there is human hardship and suffering all around you?

Do some good with your money %26amp; stop wearing it like a badge.
Reply:There%26#039;s no age limit .

I%26#039;m 27 yrs old and still do everything what a 16 or 20 yrs old would do.
Reply:about 15 or younger

its not easy to buy designer stuff when you dont have the money
Reply:I never cared about designer stuffs.I am 23.I care much about somethin that%26#039;s easy and comfortable.
Reply:I have always bought what I liked, name brand or not, but I never ever ran out and bought the latest trend, or bought a pair of jeans just to tell someone that I spent way too much for them. Yep, I am cheap. I only buy something expensive if I really like it. Other than that, I refuse to spend any more than around $17 bucks for a pair of jeans. Tennis shoes, well, I can deal with the Payless brand for $10 bucks.
